OMFG WHY ISN'T LOPY UNBANNED THEN?

-Bind/Scripts Rule:
As of now, any wheel-bind (to attack) or script, even if just bound in match, will get you suspended and match forfeited.

-Also be aware that the bind rule refers to all binds not just simply the mousewheel bind.

-Founders & Team Captains please make your players aware of this.

-If you come across this issue, please submit a dispute for rules violation.

-To check for any illegal binds/scripts, you will need to check the pb log from the match which would be located in the pb folder.

-ANY binds found in the pb log that seems out of the ordinary will be turned into the AC Team and they will determine if its legal or not.

-Be aware that the only way we can enforce or accept any claims of illegal binds/scripts is by having the AC Team check the untampered logs from PBBANS hence why its extremely important to have your server streaming.

Punishment for Illegal Binds:

1st Offense - 15-day suspension and match forfeited

2nd Offense - 30-day suspension, match forfeited, team dropped 25% ladder rungs

3rd Offense - 90-day suspension, match forfeited, team dropped to bottom of ladder

4th Offense - player banned from TeamWarfare, match forfeited

Lopy's "first offense" should only have been a 15 day suspension. Why is a permanent?
